Chef Josh Taylor
As the newest member of the Harvest Catering team, Josh Taylor brings with him an Eastern Canadian and European background. Having grown up on a small farm in Southern Ontario, Josh has a special appreciation for locally grown and foraged ingredients.
After graduating from Culinary school in 2011, Josh Moved to British Columbia and worked under some of Canada's most decorated Chefs, Bernard Cassavant and Brad Horen at Manteo Resort. After leaving in 2015, Josh worked at Mission Hill Family Estate under Chefs Patrick Gayler and Chris Stewart, followed by a Winter season at Whistler Blackcomb's Steeps Grill and Winebar where he met D'Arcy Demoe.
Chef Ian Christopher Sales
Ian is originally from Scotland he started his culinary career in France (spending 4 years there). Since then he spent 11 years working and traveling the world. Discovering a wide range of cuisines, cooking styles, techniques, ingredients and cultures on the way.
He is now making a new home in Canada and a big fan of Pacific Northwest cuisine. Combining finest local ingredients with dishes and ideas from around the world.
